Customers must use the service lawfully, maintain accurate account details and control who can access their workspace.
Customer responsibilities
You remain responsible for outreach content, legal basis, consent choices, suppression and the actions of workspace users.
Service and payment
Plans, allowances, taxes, renewal and cancellation terms are shown before purchase. Material plan changes do not rewrite historic agreed terms.
Liability and termination
Access may be restricted for non-payment, security risk or unacceptable use. Applicable statutory rights are not excluded.
